Hello, I am currently developing Fitbit app that send a heart rate to server. The problem is, the companion and app is not running when app is closed, how to achieve this?

Regarding your inquiry, you will be able to see your heart rate information only when you open the Fitbit app, you can check it from your Versa too. For more information about the heart rate information, check the help article What should I know about my heart rate data?.
