How can I setup both my versa 2 and Versa 3 on my account? When I try adding my versa 3 to my account, my versa 2 disappeared. How can this be done?

I researched before I purchased and their site said it could. I hope kohl's gives me my money back. They need to update their site to tell the truth!!!!!

Hello @C.T2023 and welcome to the Community. Kohl's looks like it has a 30 day return policy for "premium electronics and watches." See the link for full details. I'm not sure who you mean by "they" and "their" site, Fitbit or Kohl's. Fitbit's Help article has been consistent and correct since it added the Gallery to its devices.
