Setting my versa up , does anyone know how I can  pull music I already have from my iPhone 6 plus . Also how do I get the weather App on my fitbit versa

You won't be able to get your music from a phone, you need to use a computer. See this help file for instructions: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2251/
