Hi there, @Monique1985. Welcome to the Community Forums.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, you cannot turn off the vibration motor for WhatsApp notifications only. However, you can try enabling DND. When the do not disturb setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The do not disturb icon illuminates in the quick settings.

For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

Hi @Monique1985  - if you get notifications on your watch it comes with a vibration by default.

You can stop vibrations for all notifications by swiping the watch face to the right and enabling do not disturb.

Alternatively you can stop WhatsApp notifications in the Fitbit App by not having it selected for notifications, either in Notifications, or App notifications.
