Hi, I've found a watch in my worplace for about a year. They now released unclaimded objects, and i have this watch and cant do anything because it's locked by phone. How can i hard format or there's another procedure? Thanks

Thank you for the information provided.

 

At this time, we have no way of reuniting the Fitbit device with its owner. If any customers reach out about a lost tracker, we'll do our best to assist them. 

 

In this situation, I would recommend recycling the Fitbit device by following these instructions.
