I am trying to get my versa lite to work, it is not turning on, trying to set it up after it crashed. Resorting to using the PC. Attempting to use a dongle, can I use any dongle or does it have to be a "Fitbit" specific dongle???

Hi @AASD. It's great to see you here in the forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for letting me know about your Versa Lite and the steps tried to get it working again. Before anything else, let me explain that the Versa Lite was optimized to work with supported phones, tablets and computers that have built Bluetooth. Even though the Dongle is a universal item which can be used with the older Fitbit versions, it won't work with your watch. For more details about how to sync your Fitbit, check this help article.
That being said, since you mentioned that it's not turning on, do you see a green light on the back of your watch? If not, I'd recommend to try the troubleshooting steps described in this help article.
