Hello @Kate716 and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but you can't have both devices on your account at the same time.  Both the Charge 4 and the Versa 3 have the Gallery.  You can't have two devices with the Gallery on your account at the same time.  Fitbit created this limitation when it added the Gallery to its newer devices.  You must replace one device with the other in order to have them on the same account.

I have an inspire 2 , along with a Versa 3, that I would like to have on the same account. Can't seem to do that either. The Inspire doesn't have a gallery.

Thanks

@Cindy_R   The Inspire 2 does have a Gallery.  You will see it when you tap on your profile picture > Inspire 2.  Your Versa 3 has both Fitbit and third party clocks and apps.  All of the Inspire 2 apps and clocks are made by Fitbit, but they are still in a Gallery.

Ahh yes, I saw that after I posted....so Fitbit developers....time to change this in the app. I cannot wear a big honkin' watch to bed. My admiration to those who can. Consequently, I am thinking about returning my Versa 3 though I like it very much. My only option at this point is to add and then delete the devices when I want to use them. Please don't turn this into the same "removing the sleep tile from the dashboard" issue that you thought was such a great idea several years ago.

Sheesh...as an IT professional, I know that there must be a solution. Find it please.
