Can Two Fitbit Versa 2s sync to one phone?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My son has a heart condition that I need to monitor so we purchased two identical fitbit versa 2s today.  Can we sync them both to the same app on my phone?  My son does not own a phone.  Thank you!

I am assuming you are talking about Versa 2s for 2 different people.

In that case, yes they can but with some difficulty.

You would need a separate account/email for each user, and keep logging out of the app for one user, then back in with the other account.

The other issue would be your son's age.  If he is under 13, he cannot have his own account, but has to be set up in a family account.  But for that, he can use only the Ace or Ace 2.

Thank you! My son is 14. I will try creating a new account for him. Does my phone need to be near his watch to read updates?

It will have to be within bluetooth range, very roughly 30 ft, to sync and get the data from his tracker to your phone and then into the database.

I should add, even though your son doesn't have own phone, if you have any other device that can sync, it might save having to keep logging in and out of app; for instance an older no longer used smart phone, some tablets, laptop with Windows 10 bluetooth, ...
