Hello @AndrewX, welcome to the Community! Just like @WavyDavey said, there is no way to replace Versa's battery. If you have issues with it, like, for example that it is not lasting as expected, I would recommend you to take a look at the tips in this post to make it's battery last longer. If there is other issue with your Versa, let me know, and I will help you out. 😉

I join the others of this online community that are having problems with Versa battery life. I noticed that the intervals between charges was getting shorter and shorter until finally the watch stopped charging altogether and I cannot turn it on. The screen is black What's my next step?
Thanks!

Hello @NDudley, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! If your Versa won't turn on, I'd like to know if you have tried to restart it. If not, please follow these instructions:
Let me know if that works!

Thank you for your response! Yes, I had tried restarting my device several times. Number 3 per your instructions wouldn't be applicable because I can't access the settings menu on my Versa because it won't turn on.
What next?

I'm having the same issue. Everything turned off with default watch face and the battery went from 100 at 14:00 to 0 sometime prior to 0600 the following day. Very disappointed in the battery life. If turning off all of the features is the only way to potentially have the watch last more than a day, what is the point of having this watch over a plain watch?

@Jesseraphael I would call support! I leave all my notifications on etc. And still get at least 4 days of battery life. I noticed others on the forum had this same problem as well and some have gotten replacements. My Fitbit did this once or twice but a reset fixed the issue.

So I reviewed the tips on the battery and basically it says turn off all the functions that I purchased the watch for and this basically makes the watch useless to me. I will not be purchasing another Fitbit product. Why would you make an expensive watch Ike this and not give a battery replacement option? Is it because you make more money selling a new watch. Very disappointed in this product. I will be changing to Apple because they will replace my battery.

Wow, I am also not getting a battery more than a day and they claim that it has a 4 day battery.
I got mine as a Christmas gift am super disappointed.
Maybe you should make a Fitbit with a warranty for replacement if you can't make it with a battery that you can replace.
I bought my daughter a Fitbit Alta last May and she hasn't had any problems with her Fitbit.
Pretty hard to believe that something this expensive that we willingly pay alot of money for is such a bad product.

I had mine replaced by support back in December. My replacement is now doing it. I’ve tried all the tips I was given before we did the battery test and they ended up replacing it because it was lasting less than 24 hours. This replacement is now lasting a day to a day and a half. I agree with everyone else, why buy a watch if you have to turn off all the features? I’ve had 4 different Fitbit watches and never had a problem til I got the Versa. That’s a lot of money to spend just to have to turn everything off to try to keep the battery charge. I’m so frustrated, I bought my original one almost a year ago. So thats 2 that won’t keep a charge. Many others on the forum here have had them replaced a couple times. So what gives?

Mine took 14 months for these issues to start so I guess I feel lucky. However I was told by Fitbit customer service that unfortunately they cannot replace it since it’s outside the 1-year warranty window. I did get the 2-year extended warranty but I guess that doesn’t cover poor battery design. They did offer me 25% off a replacement because this is clearly a product I would want to buy again. Everyone should do themselves a favor and stick with the cheaper Fitbits that are made with higher quality. If you want a watch, go with Apple.

I’m having the same issue.. screen totally black and won’t turn on or off....
For two days had to charge each day as the battery totally drain in less than 24 hours. Yesterday it wouldn’t charge at all. Tried to restart several times. Bought a new charging base. That isn’t the problem..
