I have a Versa Lite that is less than a year old.  It has stopped working and won’t charge.  What steps do i need to take to get this replaced or fixed?  This item was too expensive to scrap and buy another and should have lasted longer than a few months.  Thx.

Same with me.  My original Versa was bought in April 2018 so it just turned 2 years old and for the past week, it goes down to less than 50% charge in one day.  Previous to this, it would stay charged for about 4 days with my normal use.  It's like something just switched recently that eats battery.

Or, maybe the battery just can't hold a charge that well anymore.  My routine is that I charge it every day while I shower and when I put it back on after the shower it's usually between 95% and 100% charged.  Then, earlier this week I noticed that it was down to less than 24% one day so I left it on longer that day to charge up to over 90% again and now it goes back down below 50% every day, sometimes down to 30%.  All this even though I have not changed how I use it.

I suppose this is the world we live in now - tech is disposable and at least I got two years out of it.  Problem now is I don't know whether to buy a Versa 2, or wait for the next thing from Fitbit.

Actually, I’ve bought so many Fitbits that I’m discouraged. The new Apple Watch 3 is the same price as the Versa so I’m going Apple this time..
Apple products last.
Good luck with yours👍

I'm in the same boat.  Just over a year and one day just started dying. Didn't even last a half a day. Then next thing you know DEAD.  Come on Fitbit you have all these people with the same issue and all you are will to do for us is give us a 25% discount on a over $200.00.

You can see you have an issue, Look at how many people you are losing. I loved my Versa and I'm so disappointed but can see wasting money on a new one when in just over a year it will dye as well.

Hello Fitbit, My Versa was purchased early January this year, 2020, and it appears as thought either the battery is dead, the watch has a fault or the charger has died? When on the charger, it gives no indication of being charged, and resetting does not appear to do anything. The screen is consistently black. It does vibrate now and then as if to say ‘move’, or is an alarm, so it does have some power in the battery, but it wont sync to my phone either.

Given it’s only just 6 months old and hasn’t been mistreated, I’d like to have it investigated please!

Fitbit versa seems to have a battery issue! Mine officially lasted 15 months. I would not recommend fitbit to anyone in South Africa. Fitbit told me to take my watch to the most convenient e-waste recycling facility.

Rather buy a watch with a local repair center, fitbit watch is useless if your 12 month warranty expires.

I agree, they’re to expensive to last only 15 months. Love mine but after doing this 3 times, I’m done
