Can anyone help? I got my Fitbit versa 3 for Christmas and although I’m glad i can receive and answer calls no one can hear me properly on the other end it’s very frustrating!?

If you haven't done so yet, please check the following requirements:
If you continue having issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Note that Versa 3 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging.
On a side note, please note that if you're trying to connect any headphones while using on-wrist calls, specially Airpods, at this time Fitbit smartwatches can't control the volume on Apple Airpods.

I'm having the same problem with my versa 3. Everything else works,-notification, volume, switch between phone and watch, I can hear them but they can't hear me through watch

Thanks Marres. I have the latest update and I've done all of the above several times with no resolution on this problem. I was not using headphones so that is not an issue
