Hello @TvdBroek

Can you make sure you don’t have Focus enabled or Do not disturb enabled by accident on your Phone.

The easiest way to tell if a Focus or Do Not Disturb is turned on is to open Control Center and look in the upper right-hand corner of your iPhone, just to the left of the battery icon. If a Focus is enabled, you’ll see the corresponding Focus icon there. If Do Not Disturb is enabled, you’ll see a small moon icon there.

😃 Let me know if this helps answer your question

Hi there, @TvdBroek. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your phone. @SunsetRunner Thanks for helping out!

If you want to switch a call from your Versa 3 to your phone, please follow the steps below:

  1. During an on-wrist call, tap the 3 dots icon. Phone to move the call to your phone.
  2. To move the call back to your watch, tap the watch icon

Note that if you answer a call with your phone, you can’t switch the call to your watch.

For more information about this feature, see How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch?

Hope that helps.

Unfortunately this is not the problem, the recipient can't hear me.

@TvdBroek   I think your post became a little confusing when the moderator clarified your subject.  Are you saying that the recipient can't hear you when you answered the call on your Versa 3?  Or that you answered a call on your phone and the recipient can't hear you when you speak into your phone?

I don't have on-wrist calls set up on my Versa 3.  But I might have an answer for you if it is the first question.  I reviewed this YouTube video posted by a very reliable reviewer.  There is something that is never mentioned.  There is a separate microphone setting in the Versa 3 Settings app.  Settings > Vibration & audio.  Do you have your microphone toggled to on?  I experienced a similar situation with the Snore detection feature.  Everything gets set up in the app.  But you need to turn the microphone on in the device settings for it to work.
