Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums.

As a first approach, I suggest following the tips and recommendations provided by @Guy_

If the issue persists, please check the following requirements:

If you both continue to have issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. On the phone, turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  2. Restart the Fitbit device once gain. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Remove Versa 3 Controls from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.
  4. Set up on-wrist calls again. For instructions, see How do I set up on-wrist calls on my Fitbit device?

Hi @SunsetRunner - the speaker is very small so doesn't have much volume and always defaults to the same volume level but you can adjust it during a call, click on the speaker top right and adjust.
