Any idea why I can use a UL wall charger just fine, but my Versa refuses to charge when connected to my computer, and even shuts itself down despite having 20% battery left? My USB ports are just fine and work with everything else. The computer is on and awake. Thanks!

Are you using a USB hub on your computer? Fitbit say we shouldn't use these.

Hey @singaporejones, it is great to see new faces around! As @SteveH mentioned, try a different port and use a UL-certified wall charger will also work. Don't use a USB hub.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes!
