Can hardly see heart rate Versa

My heart rate has the word defined in red under the heart icon and number i can hardly see them due to the word defined being in red. I have turned off heart rate and powered down the Versa and it is still there. 

How can i get this word off to be able to see the heart rate.

Hi, which Clock Face are you using? In the dashboard, press the watch icon on top of the screen. You will get the page with the tiles Clocks, Apps, etc. Press Clocks and look in "My clock" to the name of the clock you're using.

I had 101. I switched to another face clock and not working fine thanks for
your help

Try one from Fitbit itself. The default one for the Versa is called "Layers" and for the Versa SE "Light". If that also does not work, try restarting your Versa several times. Also clean the sensor of your heart rate with a soft cloth.
