My ex has just informed me that he's been tracking my movements through my fitbit since we separated last year. Please tell me how I can stop him from accessing it? Thinking about chucking the thing out which sucks as I use it daily.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity.

Hi @Crazyexplshelp The only way he can track what you are doing is if he has access to your account. Does he know your log in details? If so, change your password. If he doesn't have your log in details I don't see how he could possibly track any of your stats.

@Crazyexplshelp If he had access to your account, he might have been able to see your recent GPS Tracked workouts on the web dashboard, if any, but there's no way he could track you all day through Fitbit. Sounds like he's messing with you?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Crazyexplshelp. I'm sorry to hear about your experience.
Thank you for changing your password. If your ex is not your Fitbit friend he won't be able to see your activity. You can also block him if he's a Fitbit user. If you have more questions you can always contact our Support Team for assistance.
Thanks for your advise and comments @NellyG, @MarkMM.
See you around.
