Bought the Versa 2 as I wanted to be able to sync music right to my device and listen without my phone. Now that option has been taken away for no apparent reason and the only other option is to use subscription services which I have to pay for and have no interest in anyway. Customer support offered no help, no alternatives, and no option to complain. Unbelievable that FitBit can get away with this BS; taking away a feature that was a main selling point for the device. Won't be using their devices anymore unless the option to download MP3's comes back.
