Help! Just received my Fitbit versa. Downloaded the app on my phone and now my phone won’t connect to my 2018 Honda Pilot. If I uninstall the Fitbit app my phone will automatically connect to my pilot. Once I download the Fitbit app again phone won’t connect. Any ideas why this is happening? Love my versa, but disappointed I can’t get the full use out of it. I’ve downloaded the app on my iPad, but no longer get my text messages. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Brenn03 ! It's nice to see you around @Marrrmaduke !
@Brenn03 Congratulations on your new Fitbit Versa! It's great to know that you love your watch and
I totally understand how you are feeling about the issue you're experiencing with the Fitbit app and 2018 Honda Pilot on your phone. As @Marrrmaduke mentioned, it would be helpful to know your phone model and the operating system you're using as well as if you have a Drive Mode enabled on your phone?
@Marrrmaduke thank you for your support!
Looking forward to your response!

1. Do you use Android Auto or simply connect to your car Bluetooth automatically once you start the car?
2. Are you by any chance on Verizon network?

Thank you for your replies @Brenn03 and @Marrrmaduke !
@Brenn03 thank you for providing the additional details. I am sure you've already played around with your car's Bluetooth settings to see why it's getting interrupted. I suggest you go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Now open the Fitbit app and sync again with your Versa. Once this is done, sync again your phone to your pilot and see if this helps resolve the issue.
@Marrrmaduke thank you for your efforts to help!
Let me know how it goes!
