It is not possible to controll spotify on.my fitbit versa 3 while my phone is connected and playing music on  my sonos wifi speaker. Only when playing kusic on my phone itself i am.able to control spotify. Tried everything over and over again. How can I get this to work?

Hi @AnneGies  - did you check the watch is syncing with the Fitbit App properly?

The SimpleCheckUp app is quite useful as it can tell you immediately on the watch if it can connect to the App

Also did you try double button press to bring up the 4 shortcuts and use music controls which are often better than Spotify controls, as they can be used anytime without stopping any clock face or app and there you can adjust the volume!

This sounds more like an issue with your unknown phone, then with the Versa.
