Factory reset my versa now my watch says download app to continue however I have and tried everything else and it will not sync. My phone finds the watch but won't sync! And ideas???

Hi, after a factory reset, you have to setup your Versa all over again as all data are lost after a factory reset. Go to the Fitbit app, look whether your "old" Versa is still there and remove it form the app. Restart the Fitbit app and setup your Versa as if it were the first time. Good luck.
