Hi Everyone,
i just bought the Versa 2, I was able to get through the terrible firmware update (only took 1 hour and 5 tries). I received a notification of a text message, but only have the option to hit "open on phone." I can't read the message on my watch... what's the point? I have a note 8 running Andorid 9.
Is there a way to view the message on my watch... and not just have a link to open on the phone?

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured.
After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes. Keep in mind that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience connection difficulties with it.

I can't believe Note 5 is compatible and not Note 8. Give me a break. This is unacceptable.
