Hi there @Hipjoint, great to have you around, welcome to the Fitbit Community! My apologies for the late response. I saw you are having troubles to transfer music despite your tracker is syncing. Note that your tracker doesn't sync using your Wifi, as this process is through your Bluetooth phone.
Wifi helps for faster firmware updates, music as you know and downloading new apps or clock faces. For more help if this feature is presenting issues, review our help article: Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch?
