Can't find this answered anywhere else but in all the years I've been using Fitbit I've never had so many issues before. So to start I'm on ios, new iPhone, and have a Versa 2.
Basically none of my food will load so I can no longer input anything at all. I have a screen capture of my phone here - https://imgur.com/LRVYhHW where you can see it erases the food when I try to add it. Sometimes it also doubles the food, just flat out doesn't add it at all and on one occasion turned all the food I loaded during the day into one item so I had like 7 yakults on there instead of the food I'd selected.
Sometimes it does add it and I go back in to add something later and it's all disappeared and there's no food in there. On top of that and in this second video - https://imgur.com/EhulWOO , you can see I can't add or search anything not already in my frequent/recent/custom tab, there's no results I also can't scan the barcode either. I also cannot add any new custom food, it just erases it immediately.
Honestly not sure why I'm even bothering with fitbit anymore, the app literally doesn't work at all, beyond frustrated now. Something that worked perfectly well for years and really helped my lifestyle is a dead weight of uselessness on my wrist now.

Also facing this with my Charge 5! Sounds like they are away of the issue - hopefully it gets fixed soon
