Can't Connect Versa to Samsung Note 10 Lite

Hello,

I purchased a Samsung Note 10 Lite recently but my Versa is not syncing with my new device. Is Versa compatible with the Samsung Note 10 Lite? I already followed all the troubleshooting listed below but it is still not working. Any advice?

here is something a moderator posted about phones being compatible:
