So I got my Versa 2 this morning for Christmas, and everything seemed to be working well. I thought it would be funny to try to play Skyrim very special edition on the Versa 2's Alexa, which you can do on any old Alexa system. But for some reason, no matter what question I ask, it'll take me to the last point I was in the game. I've tried turning the Fitbit off and on, and then even logged out of Amazon Alexa on my phone and log back in. Even if I asked to quit or exit the game, it still won't let me exit. But if I answer the questions the game is asking me, it will continue through the game as normal. What do I do?

Hi @EmileewithtwoEs, welcome to the community.
Have you tried installing the Alexa app on your phone and logging in with the same account you logged into Alexa on the Versa 2. Then you will want to tap the menu button in the top left corner (3 lines) - then tap on skills & games - tap on "your skills" and see if skyrim is listed there. If it is, tap on it and tap disable.
