I cannot login, it asks for an SMS code to a phone number I don't have anymore, I deactivated 2FA and still it asks me after 72 hours.
Also my Fitbit Versa 3 won't turn on it's underwarranty and because I cannot login I cannot claim the offer, I'm really upset with fitbit and I've called like 20 times trying to sort it out, and no one will help me, they have worthless tech support from overseas with no access to my account or to help in any way, they just give you canned worthless responses and seem half asleep while doing it. If this is the "support" I get, I'm going to Garmin, this is such crap!
