Can't Transfer More than 16 Songs to a Playlist on Versa

I've been trying to put a playlist on my Versa for some time now. I'm using a Mac, and have the Fitbit Connect app for it, but it looks very different than what I've seen online. 

 

When I transfer, The app only allows me to put in up to 16 songs, or just over an hour of music. I have nothing else stored on the Versa, so the storage space shouldn't be an issue. 

 

Also, when I try to connect with my account on the Fitbit Connect app, a message tells me that the Versa can only be set up on a mobile device, which I've also done on my iPhone, but there's no way to transfer or manage music on that.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
