Hi Team,
Appreciate your help.
I was in the water yesterday and as a result of the water splashing on the watch it entered the pin more than ten times. The versa then stated I had to 'Unlock with Your Phone'.
Went to the phone and then app, under reset password it said 'Blocked!'. After attempting to reset the password it Keir starting there was an unknown issue try again later.
I then come onto the community forum and read a few threads one which hard boot, another said log out of your account which I I both tried. The final one I tried was to remove the versa and resink it to the account.
That is where I am now stuck because it is trying to sick the versa, it gets to the part where it says 'enter the number on the Versa's display'. When doing that it says again 'Unlock with Your Phone'.
Help needed as I am stuck and can't sync my Versa.

Thank you for your reply but my Versa is no longer connected to my device to go into the section to change pin.
Although I am still getting all alerts on my Versa from phone.
Any other suggestions?

Having the same issue.
Trying to connect phone to watch it's telling me to enter a 4 digit number from
watch yet the watch is telling me to unlock the device with phone.
