Can't Update Fit Pay (add/delete credit cards) on Versa 3

I am trying to delete an old credit card and add a new one on my Fitbit Versa 3. But I can't find the Wallet or Google Pay anywhere so I can update them. What am I missing?

@ChapelHillBetsy Hi. On the app, click the phone/watch icon on the top left. Click your Versa 3. Wallet should show in the tiles? Mine is already set up so I didn't go further.

I found the Wallet and was able to delete the old card, but was not able to add my new card. I keep getting an error 403 Forbidden. WTH?

@ChapelHillBetsy Have you tried support? I don't remember seeing that issue on here. I always got quick results with the chat option.

were your cards from Wells Fargo was just informed that they will not work with fitbit!!! have use them for years

No, actually it was a Chase card. I guess I'm going to have to bite the bullet and call support.

I called support and they were absolutely no help. I followed all the steps: turn phone off/back on, turn off/back on watch; deactivate Fitbit Pay and reactivate, except I keep getting the same 403 error message.

It seems the best recourse may be to call your bank an see if they still work/accept your card with fitbit wallet. as wells fargo told me there system no longer works with fitbit wallet. as fitbit has said there watches built after 2022 will work with both fitbit pay and google pay. this leads me to believe that it may be necessary to replace the 3 with a 4, and use google pay.this may be a issue with the chip that allows monetary transactions are different .

Replace versa 3 with versa 4 they may go on sale later this year

@ChapelHillBetsy My Versa 2 still works fine with Fitbit pay and chase.  I'd try support again, especially chat. My original Versa 2 developed a Fitbit pay issue while under warranty and got replaced.

@ChapelHillBetsy You might want to do some research. Look around on the Versa 4 section. It has less features than your Versa 3.
