So I have a Galaxy S6 running on Android version 6.0.1. Yesterday I was able to access my intro to healthy habits on my dashboard... then I updated to the latest version of Fitbit (3.4.2) and now I can't access it at all. I click into it and get and error message saying, "Sorry, your Fitbit app is not compatible with this Program. Please update your app and try again."
So before I called "support," I force stopped the app, cleared the cache, uninstalled, and reinstalled the app. Nothing worked so I called for help. They're answer was that the newest update of the app can only run on Android version 7.0 or higher. So I said to "Angelica" that everything else is running fine on my Fitbit app, how is it only that part that's not compatible? Her response was again the android version. Can anyone please offer me more help than the "support" agent at Fitbit? She wasn't helpful at all and didn't seem to think the app was the problem.

Hello there @Stefanie_C, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this inconvenience and for taking the time to contact our Customer Support.
While reading your post, I was wondering if you've made sure that your Fitbit Premium is still valid? Keep in mind that Intro Health Habits is part the Fitbit Premium only. For more detailed information, take a look at the article: What should I know about Fitbit Premium?
I hope this helps, keep me posted.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Maria,
Thank you for your response. When I started the Intro to Healthy Habits I didn't have premium. The task was unlocked. I was able to access the program prior to the latest update, however, as soon as I updated the app I received the incompatible error. Upon contacting support I was told that my Android version had to be 7.0 or higher to run the fitbit app, however, I've been running the app just fine on Android 6.0. What confuses me, though, is that everything else in my app works just fine (and continues to do so) since the update with the exception of the guided programs/Intro to Healthy Habits. I'm attaching some screen shots of my app. Picture 1) The guided program dashboard showing the unlocked Intro to Healthy Habits. Picture 2) The error I receive when I try to open the program.
Any help you can provide would be wonderful.
Thank you,
Stefanie
