Can't access app from Samsung S20

Hi,

I'm unable to update my new phone number, log in via app from phone, and when I select disable 2FA and select "email" instructions, nothing is sent to my email address. Its been 4 days. I'm frustrated because I can't even find a support contact number that won't cost me money and their support email address just bounces back. I also think it's ridiculous that I can log onto the web app and have the ability to update my email address and not my phone number. The app on my phone keeps sending the recovery code to my old phone number. I wish FITBIT had some proper support for those people who paid good money for their product and you leave us helpless! I also find it ridiculous that, you have to remove key words or else you can't even post.

I've connected to Fitbit via Insta, a ticket is being logged on my behalf, however if anyone has any recommendations in the meantime, it would be appreciated.

It's been day 5, no one from FitBit org has a viable solution on getting past 2FA screen as I have a new phone number. Does anyone know how to fix this as no one from FitBit has come up with any viable solution?

Hi @Pjauhal  these are the community forums and while we might be able to make helpful suggestions at times, we're not customer support. Anyway, here are all the contact numbers I have gleaned over time.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
