Can't access the media option on the Fitbit app

When I access that menu on the Fitbit, it says see the media center in the Fitbit app, and when I go over there, there is no option other than Spotify. Can someone help me with this problem?

Hi @Flashie - what are you trying to do with the media tile in the Fitbit App?

You can no longer load music onto the watch but should be able to operate music on the phone or already on the watch with the built-in music controls of the watch.

@Flashie  - on your watch long press the button and select music (or pull down on the watch face once and then again).

It may require some setup in settings but consult the manual.

The media tile in the Fitbit App is found by clicking the profile photo and and then device photo.

I can't see that tile on the fitbit app, but I can see spotify.

@Flashie- the Media tile isn't available on the Versa 2, thought you had a Versa 3, sorry.

But on the device it is saying that it has a media section and I have to connect it by my phone.
