Hi my Fitbit versa 3 is still syncing and functioning. But if I swipe right, the settings app "cog" icon is gone although it still says settings it is just a blank space.
If I select settings then my versa 3 freezes completely. I can't factory reset because I can't get into settings.

Hi there, @Banequo. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3 and your time in trying to troubleshoot it before reaching out.
As a first approach, please check if your Versa 3 is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:
To turn off Sleep Mode, please swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
If the above doesn't describe your issue, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi Maria,
Thank you for your response.
I didn't know the quick settings were there to be honest. I looked and my Versa 3 is not in sleep mode. To be certain I turned it onto sleep and off again and it didn't change anything.
I attempted a restart and that didn't change anything and I changed the clock face and that also changed nothing.
I have attached an image to help clarify what I'm dealing with. Are there any other steps I can take?

@Banequo Thank you so much for the image attached, it was so much of a help!
As our last resort, I'd recommend trying another factory reset by following the steps below:
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
With the above being said, I'd suggest syncing your Versa 3 and removing it from your phone's Bluetooth settings, then proceed with the Factory Reset.

Hi Maria,
That worked perfectly! Thank you so much.
The factory reset process fixed my issue.
