Can't access to my Versa 3's menu

My Versa 3 menu is bugging out clock face is displaying correctly menu isn't working.

 

Restarted the fitbit and my phone, delete the fitbit from the app and tried to re-add it but the screen with the code is also bugging out ?

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hello there, @Ivana.P.Freely. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

To better assist you, may I know if you're getting any error message on your Versa 3? If the screen blank or dim? 

If the above doesn't work and your Versa 3 screen is in fact dim, please check if your Versa 3 is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.

To turn off Sleep Mode, please swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

The brightness looks ok, the clock face looks ok, but when I try to go to the options it's displaying wrong ?

Hi I got it to work by doing a factory reset, just had to do it by guessing where the buttons are after watching a video of a factory reset.
