Can't access to my Versa 3's menu

I have no settings icon on my watch anymore. I can't force shutdown and I don't get notifications anymore

Hi @Cdl1 - your watch may need a Factory reset.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with that.
