Hi ! When I click on the settings button on my Versa 3, the window doesnt want to open, so I cant access to my settings anymore. And I cant hard reset the watch because this option is in the settings menu, I cant turn off my watch either. Moreover, all my watch is in french but "Settings" is still in english. Do you have an advice for me ? Thank you in advance

Hi there, @MarineA. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.
It seems that you've set your Versa 3 in Sleep Mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:
To turn off Sleep Mode, please swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
As for the wrong language, note that your Fitbit device uses the same language that you use for your Fitbit account. For more information, see How do I change my language on Fitbit?
However, if the help article shared above doesn't do the trick, I recommend doing the following:
1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture.
2. Tap App Settings.
3. Tap Time Zone.
4. Turn off the option to automatically detect your country.
5. Choose your country, then sync your device.
6. Follow the instructions to update your device to use the language you selected.

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, the watch wasnt in Sleep mode, the watch is working normally, it is just the settings menu which doesnt want to show on. For the language, I did the steps you explained to me, but with no success. All my watch is in french except "Settings" and "Voice assistant". I have also tried to open the settings menu when my watch was entirely in English but with no success.

I have the same issue. My main screen shows nothing at all. When I click on settings to restart it, I can’t, because the settings button “thinks” for a second and then taps out.
Update: I had to hold the haptic button for a hard re-start (10 seconds). That fixed it the issue.

Same problem. Settings and screen unresponsive. I tried resetting and it didn't change anything. Is there a way to reset if the screen won't respond?
