I cant reset the brightness, sleep mode, do not disturbed, or screen wake settings on my watch. Also I cannot access the settings feature on my fitbit app

Hi @CJB49 - you should be able to access those from your Quick Settings.
Pull down the top edge of the watch and then pull down a second time and click on the 2 white bars.
If this doesn't work restart the watch and try again. See How do I restart my Fitbit device?

The Fitbit support team was not helpful. I tried live chatting and spoke to 2 people and not was able to resolve my issues. I have gotten the Versa watch to re-start through my own trial and error, however I still can't access all of the setting features ie; changing the brightness
