Can't access to my alarms on Versa 3

won’t let me access my alarms on versa3 and won’t let me open setting to shut down and restart. Freezes and likes to shut down and turn on on its own occasionally.

Hi there, @MrsDahl3. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before posting here. 

As @Guy_ has recommended, if you haven't done so yet, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @MrsDahl3 - as a first step try a watch restart. 

How do I restart my Fitbit device?

This may not fully cure it, but a clock face change or factory reset might.

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support to help with that, if necessary.
