Can't add a card on my Versa 2

I first got an error 403 when I tried to add my card to the wallet.  When I rebooted, the card was there but wouldn't let me verify the card.  Tried on my pixel and my ipad

Hi there, @_ohthekittens. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that you're having issues trying to set up your card despite the steps you've done so far. I will be glad to help you with this. 

As a first approach, please note that Fitbit Pay is enabled for the top banks in the US and 200+ banks internationally in 27+ countries. Make sure to check if your bank in included by clicking here www.fitbit.com/fitbit-pay/banks.

Nevertheless, if you don’t see your bank on the list, you can contact your bank in a private communication or on social media and tell them that you want to use Fitbit Pay to make contactless payments from your Fitbit device. Ask your bank to see www.fitbit.com/fitbit-pay. However, it’s up to the bank to decide if they want to support Fitbit Pay.

If you do see your bank listed, please make sure that your Versa 2 is syncing properly to your Fitbit app. If you're experiencing syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

Moving forward with the troubleshooting steps, please try the steps below:

  • Restart your Versa 2 and phone.
  • Restart Bluetooth on the phone. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  • Try adding your card

Thanks - I had my card added but it expired and I was trying to add my new one.  I've tried all of the below and I'm still getting the same 403 error and the message that I need to use the phone I added the card with to verify it.
