Can't add a card on my new Versa 2

I replaced my Versa 2 with a new one and I am trying to add my card in the wallet. It worked on the old one. It is stuck on Verify Card Now even though I have verified it with my bank. I have restarted my phone and the Fitbit. Deleted the card and re-added it. Turned off and on wifi and Bluetooth. Reinstalled the app and force quit the app. Nothing is working.
