Can’t add any apps on my Versa Lite

I have the versa lite and I’m not able to add any apps to it. My daughters came with agenda added but after finding I can’t add that it’s now not letting me add any apps....help please?

Hi there @Nikster7, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'll be glad to help you to install your apps on your Versa Lite. 

While reading your post I was wondering if by any chance you get any message or error message in the App Gallery section when you try to install either an app or a clock face? If so, would you mind telling what it is or if the screen keeps loading and loading with no action?

In the meantime, I'd recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Make sure that your Fitbit app and firmware version on your Versa Lite  are up-to-date.
  2. Restart your Versa Lite.
  3. Restart the Fitbit mobile app: Force close Fitbit app & relaunch the app.
  4. Restart Bluetooth
  5. Trigger a regular sync.

Once you've completed the steps above, try installing the Agenda app by following the steps at: How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device?
