My husband accidentally removed his card from Versa 2 fitbit wallet. I won't let us add the card as it says it already exists in the wallet and you can't duplicate card details. The wallet is empty. Help!!!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, seems odd that your Versa 2 is displaying such error message if the card was already removed from your Wallet. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your device, then try removing once again the card following the steps that are specified on: How do I remove or suspend a card from Fitbit Pay? and after that, try to add it following the steps that are specified on: How do I set up Fitbit Pay? and let me know if the issue persists.

Hi there. We tried restarting the device and also updating the software. Still says the card has already been added and can't be added again. The wallet is still empty. Is there anything else that we can try?
