Can't add exercise or food links on app on phone

I am not able to click the exercise or food intake links on the app on my phone.  This just started today.  I had started a walk and selected to end it but it never completed it on the app.  It usually always had an end or finish option.  Since that time, I cannot select the + to add exercise or food.  This happened on my new versa 2.  So i added my old versa to see if it works.  Neither work.  I need help on this.

@cermom2 Please uninstall and reinstall fitbit mobile app.
