Can't add friends from contacts of Facebook

no options to sync my phone or Facebook contacts

@Abolser A warm welcome to our Community!

 

Let me help you with your Fitbit contacts. When adding friends from either your phone or Facebook contacts there should be an email in the details. The email should be the one used with the Fitbit account so if they used a different one you won't be able to add them as friends as the system won't be able to locate any account with this information. You can read more about adding friends here.
