Can’t add friends

I can’t add friends I’ve been through all the steps.. I’ve sent emails and it says I’m already friends but nothing shows up and I can’t start challenges.. getting upset!

We don't add friends to our Versa Tracker. Are you in the Fitbit app on your unknown phone or the web. Have you tried both methods? 

Are you inviting by email address or the phones contact list? 

Starting a challenge can be done without adding friends, what errors are you seeing when creating a challenge.

iPhone... tried both app and web browser. 

I’ve done challenges but I want to do them with friends but unable to add friends.

You say you can't add friends to your list of friends. 

Are these friends In your phones contact list, Facebook, or do you send the invite using their email? 

Have you tried inviting them by simply sending a link to your profile. https://www.fitbit.com/user/7BD6WV

This link may be sent through text or email. They then would click on the link and request friendship. 

You could also, if you ask them for it, go to their profile and request friendship. 

Let me see if i understand about challenges. 

You choose a challenge

Then press start

Choose the people or is the lists blank with nobody to add? 

Then Start Challenge 

 

At what point does it fail and do you get any error messages?

Tried everything and still cant add friends. No friend show up Even though they have the same Fitbit as I do. So thanks Fitbit. I will be switch to a Apple Watch very soon!
