I asked a couple months ago for help adding music to my Versa 2. But the advice I got has not been helpful.  The Fitbit FAQ section says to download the fitbit connect app but there's no link on the page they send you to. Is there a tutorial on Youtube I can watch somewhere how to fix this issue?

I'm afraid we as Fitbit don't have an official tutorial video on YouTube. However, you can always find videos made by other users who upload this type of videos. On my end, I'd recommend taking a look at this help article Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch? 

If you still having trouble downloading your playlists, contact Customer Support.
