I’m starting to get so fed up. I can’t work out how to make sure my Versa Bluetooth is actually turned on. I go to Bluetooth on my Versa but it just comes up with add audio device and it says no devices found.
I’ve put my headphones into pairing mode, I’ve removed devices and re added them to my phone but nothings happening and I’m getting really frustrated. Please someone help. I have some Motorola verve loop headphones, what am I doing wrong?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you want to add your Bluetooth headphones to your Versa, I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch? and follow the instructions provide there.
