Can't add my Revolut Visa Card to my Versa 2 Fitbit Pay

Hey everyone,

 

I just tried to add my Revolut Visa Card to my Fit Bit wallet and it doesn't seem to work.

 

According to the original Fitbit page Revolut is listed as a supported bank in Germany.

 

Does someone have a solution for this?

In many countries, you can use a payment app, such as Revolut or boon. Download the app on your phone, and connect your existing bank account. Add your new digital account to your Fitbit watch by following the instructions in How do I set up Fitbit Pay?

Hi all!

I have the same problem since three months now (bought the Versa 2 via Amazon last June) and hope I'll find a solution to it with you guys! 

I bought the Versa 2 exactly for two reasons: activity tracking and Fitbit Pay.

In Germany, not a lot of banks are listed among the supported banks, so I created a Revolut account just for this. Then it just didn't work.

I tried *everything*, all what the support guys write on the Forum, I called, emailed, tried with Revolut Service (same, called forever, they said all is good from their side), tried with Amazon (I got a second watch in case the problem is hardware related, but,, nope) and all of them, always tried to find a real solution for me as a customer, except the Fitbit Customer Service team who would just tell me to wait and never get back to me. I am really disappointed and hope someone in this community has a solution for this problem. I am afraid I'll just return the watch if there is no one.

Exactly my issue. I have been in touch with Fitbit support since August 2020.

Open ticket number #37419670

No resolution and no clear answer until today.

I asked them to take Revolut out of the list of supported banks if it is not working in Germany. This is a clear case of misleading the consumer.

But its still there on the website.

 

I am sure there are many more in the same situation.

I've asked for a Revolut card because in Portugal my bank is not in the Fitbit payment list.

I've tried to setup Revolut in Wallet but it gives always an error.

 

««ERROR : Uh oh! Looks like we don't support this card to use in Fitbit Pay. Tap bellow to see supported banks and cards.»»

When I enter the link to validate the banks and cards, and for Portugal (my country), it has Revolut as an option.

 

Can you help me on this ?

As others are writing, Revolut is not working for the payment method and displays "error" . Please let us know how to complete the process.

Hi people,

 

My problem is solved.

I've contacted REVOLUT and they have created a VISA virtual card.

This one was accepted by Fitbit and I have now the payment method working.

 

I think we are able to create the card in the APP.
