Can't add my Versa

My Versa stopped connecting to my iPhone 6. I verified the OS was up to date on my phone, I removed my Versa and reinstalled the app. I am not able to pair the app and my watch, it keeps spinning on connecting after I add in the code. I have tried restarting my Versa, turning the Bluetooth on and off on my phone and restarting my phone. I am not sure what to try anymore, very frustrated.

@ilyne can you sync it with other device? Tablet, computer etc? Sometimes it helps. It's like Fitbit gets stuck.

From your post I gather the versa was previously paired with your phone. Try this:

 

1. Remove versa from your account.

2. Forget the versa in your iPhone Bluetooth devices settings

3. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit mobile app.

4. Factory reset the watch and set it up again over Bluetooth. Do not set up wifi.

Hi I was able to connect for a few days using those steps but now my Versa won't sync again.

My watch is fully charged and my phone is as well.  My phone Bluetooth is on and the Versa is the only device there.  When I go to the fitbit app it just shows looking and refuses to sync.  I have tried restarting my watch and phone and no luck.  I don't want to do a factory reset since I will lose all the data on my device.  Is there something I am missing?
