I am with RBC and I checked the available cards for use in Canada. It should be fine, but when I try to add my card it keeps giving me the message "Oops! Try again! It looks like the card...." Etc.
I've looked at other forums, attempted to restart the app, my fitbit, my phone, and nothing has worked so far.
I need advice on trounleshooting further.
TIA
